Brit singer Claire Littley drops pop song about gender diversity

You might recognise Claire as the voice behind the performance of “Fly Me To The Moon” featured on Neon Genesis Evangelion—the hugely successful Japanese anime. Her version of the classic song has been streamed hundreds of millions of times across the internet, delivering Frank Sinatra’s hit to a new generation.
Claire’s music career was put on hold after her partner passed away following a tragic accident. But she went back to songwriting in September 2020 and her most recent songs have been praised for blending a cool, relaxed soul-pop groove with soulful, jazzy vocals.
Her most recent release is “Change The Game,” which will be followed by an album release and touring. “Change the Game” is a super catchy, high-energy, feel-good pop song focusing on the hot topic of gender diversity.
” ‘Change The Game’ is a song about the ones who are ‘different; the ‘square pegs in round holes’,” says Claire. “Often misunderstood, they try to ‘play the game’ and fit into ‘socially conditioned ‘norms’ but that’s not who they really are…The song is a call to be strong, stand proud and own your differences. The people that do this often ‘change the game’. They lay a path for future generations to a brighter future and help us to celebrate uniqueness.”
