Nostalgia took center stage in LGBTQ+ cinema this year on Revry, with 1980s classics like Who’s That Girl featuring Madonna and The Hunger starring Catherine Deneuve and Susan Sarandon with David Bowie, and 90s gem This Boy’s Life with Leonardo DiCaprio and Robert De Niro, all emerging as favorites among queer audiences.
In 2023, these films ranked as the preferred choices among viewers seeking entertainment and a connection to LGBTQ+ cinematic heritage, pushing the network to nearly 500 million hours of watch time on Revry’s free ad-supported TV channels. Audiences enjoyed these LGBTQ+ shows and movies on various platforms, including Samsung TV Plus, VIZIO WatchFree+, Roku, Rakuten TV, Xumo, Freevee, Philo Fubo, and Plex.
