If you are a Motor Racing Fan, then the F1 Monaco Grand Prix is not to be missed! As late May comes around, Monaco erupts with joy. And rightly so: During the F1 Grand Prix weekend, the population triples as auto racing enthusiasts flock to the city’s freshly asphalted tracks and find their seat in the circuit’s gigantic grandstands.
Over the four days, Formula 1 fans, visitors from around the world and stars of all kinds rub shoulders. Bella Hadid, Kit Harrington, Tom Brady, and Justin Bieber are a few of the celebrities who have been drawn to this totally exclusive experience.

From the dishes to the décor, COYA Monte-Carlo fulfills its promise to transport its guests to Latin America. For its reopening on 4 April, it is unveiled some brand new dishes and two fresh menus featuring four exquisite courses. Chef Fabrizio Fossati says that the 2019 menu is inspired by a combination of South American traditions and Mediterranean flavors.
“The south of France has some fantastic products. The vegetables, such as the tomatoes and artichokes, are simply delicious. The fish is extremely delicate and very high quality, particularly the sea bass.”
