Support Miami, Florida this Pride season with these unmissable, unstoppable events for the LGBTQ community.

From the edgy art scene to beautiful beaches, innovative cuisine, ecotourism, international nightlife, and an inclusive, inviting spirit, Miami is the ultimate LGBTQ+ destination for many reasons. Along with being a sensual playground for “sun and fun,” Miami happens to be a center of sophistication, style, and substance, from the glamorous Art Deco hotels to cool Miami entertainment districts from Brickell in downtown to the arty Design and Wynwood districts.

Miami Pride Events 2023

During spring, Greater Miami and Miami Beach is home to a diverse lineup of LGBTQ+ experiences and events that are as vibrant and colorful as the greater LGBTQ+ community itself.

Arsht Center CommuniTea Dance June 4, 2023, at 1:00 pm:

Take part in the festivities as the Arsht Center’s LGBTQ+ Pride celebration returns for its sixth year. CommuniTEA Dance is a free event in the Thomson Plaza for the Arts that features South Florida’s vibrant LGBTQ+ community with performances and DJs in the heart of downtown Miami. Enjoy an all-ages celebration from 1 to 3 pm and the tea dance from 3 to 6 pm.

Wynwood Pride, now until June 10

June marks Pride Month, and one of Miami’s biggest parties will be at Wynwood Pride. You can be sure to expect a the weekends to be filled with live music, show-stopping drag, delicious brunches, dance parties, and plenty of glitter, all benefiting Equality Florida.

Pride Anthems June 18, 2023, at 7:00 pm:

Celebrate Pride Month by embarking on a vibrant musical journey from 1969 to today that explores the past 50 years of music that defined queer culture. Enjoy music from iconic artists like Donna Summer, Queen, George Michael, Erasure, Madonna, Lady Gaga, and many others when Pride Anthems comes to the Knight Concert Hall at Adrienne Arsht Center. This inspiring lineup of music serves to celebrate and commemorate the legacy of the Stonewall Riots. In addition, pride Anthems is a chance for all ages to come together in song to support the LGBTQ+ community. Pride Anthems will be donating a portion of its proceeds to Pride Live and the Stonewall National Monument Visitors Center, which will open in June 2024.

Weekly Events:

Keep the good times rolling with additional weekly events happening at two of Miami Beach’s LGBTQ+ hotels, AxelBeach Miami and Hotel Gaythering, including karaoke, trivia night, bingo, martini night, and sports events.

In addition to these amazing annual events, Greater Miami and Miami Beach is home to an eclectic assortment of weekly events that celebrate Miami’s LGBTQ+ community. Make sure to add a stop to some of those weekly events happening at popular spots like Hotel Gaythering, The Palace South Beach, Twist, and Azucar to your itinerary.
